yea it is. If it makes you feel any better Ford knows. They just had the ford site bomb a customer satisfaction survey and this was specifically called out.

Personally I think GM's is worse.

But it has some serious room for improvement and thank god they know. At least I was able to pass your complaint to the right people ;-)

Very true, I'm not the biggest mustang guy so idk if there have been talks about a DCT mustang, but a DCT Ecoboost performance model would be pretty cool, bet it would sell well too.
